Debbie Koske

Director of First Impressions*

After growing up in Jefferson City and graduating from Helias High School, I came to Columbia to attend Mizzou. While at Mizzou, I started attending CF, met my husband, Tim, in the college group and got married at what’s now our King’s Meadow campus. We raised our three kids in this church, and I was on staff for many years.

Our oldest daughter, Stephanie graduated in 2010, our second daughter, Lauren, graduated in 2013 and our son, Sam, graduated from CFS in 2017. We have transitioned to life without kids at home (so weird!!) and a new career for me. Life is exciting and God is faithful.

Debbie’s Likes

I love a good DIY project and I am not afraid of power tools. I eat Blue Bunny frozen yogurt almost every night and Diet Coke is my love language. I am a huge NBA fan, and I am always excited to attend an NBA game. My dream is to have my photo taken with Robin Lopez of the Chicago Bulls. If anyone can make that happen for me, I would be grateful forever.

Debbie’s Motivations

I love what I do at CF because after all these years, I still believe that Jesus saves and redeems, and He does it best through His local church and His people. I want to be a part of that action. I can still remember my first few visits to CF, and I know how much it means to be greeted and remembered and included. I want to do that for other people and hopefully let them know that they are seen and that they matter.
