Whole Health Dinner Group – Nutrition, Exercise and Mindset

One of the biggest stumbling blocks to our wanting to serve the Lord in all of life is our health. We get sick, tired, and just not thinking clearly all too easily. Taking care of our bodies and making them healthy is one of the best and easiest things we can do.

Jan would like to share her experience and knowledge from her life-long pursuit of good “body stewardship”. She will cover the basics of nutrition, brain health, exercise, recipes, supplements, as well as demonstrations on making your own healthy and delicious dinner, supplements, fermented vegetables, and much more.

  • Meeting Time: Wednesdays @ 6:00 – 8:30 pm
