Pay: $12 per hour
The function of this position is to serve and to assist the pastors, ministry leaders, and administrators of the Family Life aspects of church in accomplishing the day-to-day tasks. Below are your specific roles and examples of tasks associated with those roles. These are not exhaustive task lists. They shall include but not be limited to these tasks.
Ongoing collaboration with Family Life directors and Fellow Coordinators
Manages social media for cfKidz and cfYouth based on Communication Plan.
Troubleshoot computer issues and work to find a solution
cfKidz and childcare support to church wide events and ministries

This position requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Church Community Builder, and the aptitude to learn new software as needed
Flexibility to adapt to changing staff assignments
Coordinate and direct volunteers who have been approved by Family Life Directors
Make job specific decisions independently
Stay on task and can work without supervision
Delegate tasks and supervise other childcare staff and volunteers
